About Management Consultant and Researcher
The management consultant and researcher are not a new field. The field has a high demand because of their role in helping organisation productivity. The process is rather simple, first, conduct research to analyse the business problems and then develop a plan for their improvement.
The essential of the researcher and management consulting on the role to provide independent and objective advice to the management of client organisations to define and achieve their goals through improved utilisation of resources.
Even the role of management consultant and researcher is clear. However, there are many negative perceptions of them. All these perceptions are created due to some of the non-competence researchers and consultants who serve the markets. Firstly, too many consultants simply do not provide sufficient value to their customers and rely on churning out the same old work time and time again. Secondly, even good consultants with valuable knowledge often fail to understand actual client needs. Thirdly, it is unfortunate to say, but there seems to be several very poor management consultants. Code of Professional Conduct for Certified Members
The purpose of this Professional Code of Conduct (the ‘Code’) is to identify those professional obligations that serve to protect the public in general, the client in particular, and the reputation of the profession of Certified Business Management Consultants or Certified Business Researchers (the ‘Profession”).
The Code also clearly identifies each association expectations of Certified Members with respect to the Profession and to other Certified Members of the association. Certified Members are bound by the terms of this Code and acknowledge that a breach of this Code may lead to disciplinary action, as set out in these Bylaws of each association.
